In coordination with our new report, Home Court Advantage, we've sent letters to seventeen state Attorneys General urging them to investigate deceptive "warranty" programs that circumvent state law to force buyers into arbitration.

In addition, we sent a letter to the Attorney General of California calling upon him to look into violations of the California law that requires arbitration firms to disclose certain facts about their arbitration cases. Public Citizen found problems with the reports of the American Arbitration Association, Construction Arbitration Services, and DeMars and Associates.
