David Arkush is the director of the Congress Watch division of Public Citizen. Previously, David was a staff attorney at Public Justice, where he litigated civil rights, environmental, and consumer cases. David has also taught in the Appellate Litigation Program at Georgetown University Law Center, served as Fuchsberg Fellow at Public Citizen Litigation Group, and clerked for the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson, III, on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Taylor Lincoln is the research director of the Congress Watch division of Public Citizen. Taylor is an expert in issues such as the lobbying campaign against the estate tax, campaign contributions from lobbyists to members of Congress, the electioneering activities of 501 (c) non-profits, and the revolving door between the government and K Street.

Christine Hines is consumer and civil justice counsel at Public Citizen's Congress Watch. She advocates to improve consumer product safety and individuals' access to justice. Before joining Public Citizen, Christine was a writer and editor for various organizations, including a legal newspaper. She covered international trade, intellectual property, food and drug law, personal injury, and the business of law. She began her career practicing law at a South Florida firm.
