FAN asks Congress to reject bill that would deprive guest workers of legal rights

The Fair Arbitration Now coalition - a group of civil rights, consumer, employment, labor and health organizations - today sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee opposing H.R. 2847, which would deprive agricultural guest workers of their access to legal remedies. Section 6 permits employers to force agricultural workers into mandatory binding arbitration to settle disputes.
